On July 18, 2020 we are celebrating two anniversaries.
90 years of company existence
20 years of Koch Klassik classic cars

Time flies and now we have existed for 90 years.
Founded by Herrmann and Mathilde Kühner, one of the first petrol stations was built in the area.
Added to this was the trade in sewing machines and NSU bicycles through the nearby NSU plant in Neckarsulm.
Daughter Hilde and her husband Heinz Koch relocated to today’s location on the edge in early 1950 of the village of Kirchhausen.
This allowed the company to expand and expand and the petrol station was also relocated here.
Hilde’s parents opened the “Löwen” restaurant with guest rooms on the same site.
Heinz Koch was a motorcycle racer for NSU for many years and has now brought this passion to the company.
The Koch company expanded to include a motorcycle trade in NSU motorcycles.
Brand contracts with FIAT, LANCIA and FERRARI were added later.
But the next generations also mean changes; and so Horst Koch, son of Heinz and Hilde took over the family business in 1983 and added the motorcycle trade with MottoGuzzi.
In the meantime, he also converted 250 FIAT pandas into convertibles and a 6-wheel panda.
Horst Koch has lived the Italian brands passionately since his birth, but when the regulations of the works influenced his freedom as a self-employed person too much, he terminated all contracts in 2000 and gave up all brands.
Now he benefited from the fact that he had been an enthusiastic classic car fan and driver for several years and had also learned to screw.
Horst Koch built contacts and friendships in the classic and pre-war scene in the 90 years, which he quickly achieved with his LANCIA Stratos, FIAT 8V “OTTO VU” and his BENTLEY 4 1/2 liter.
He now converted the dealership into a classic dealership with a workshop, which at that time still seemed quite daring.
The name Koch-Klassik Automobil GmbH came into being.
From today’s perspective, this was probably the only right decision in the situation at the time.
After all, it’s been 20 years as a pure dealer for classic cars and collector vehicles.
The marriage of Horst and Helga Koch gave birth to daughter Linda, who joined the company in 2018 and thus represents the 4th generation and future.

We thank all customers and friends who accompany and support us on our way!

We have recently given our security position to someone who seems trustworthy and conscientious to us.
After all, someone has to watch out for the valuable classics!

We can therefore warmly welcome to our team – our ENZO.

Of course named after the great Enzo Ferrari.
The little boy celebrated his 1st birthday on January 16, 2020 and is therefore big enough to take on this important task.

Don’t be alarmed when you visit us – he just wants to play.
